Exercise Physiology is a therapy that uses exercise for rehabilitation. Within a safe and controlled environment, clients with chronic conditions and pathology can participate in more intensive workouts. About our EP
Emily Smith is a qualified Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science). She has always been interested in both rehab and sports, and is an experienced athlete in many sports such as Hockey, Netball, Tennis, Athletics, Swimming, and Touch Football. She is also experienced in both Hockey and Netball coaching.
