Maximum of 3 clients per instructor ratio. Only available once initial assessment package has been completed. All sessions are paid monthly in advance. A 2% surcharge is applied to face to face CC transactions. Only in exceptional circumstances will the client to instructor ratio increase.

Packages can be upgraded to include a “Cardio Class” run by the exercise physiologist.
